When we receive stock plastics from a manufacturer, they have their own tolerances built into their processes. Before that stock can be used on a client project, we complete precision centerless grinding to ensure that each piece is straight. This ensures the final product is also true and accurate.
We can process round parts up to 12’ long and 1/5” in diameter while maintaining grinding tolerances of .0005”. To prove this accuracy, we apply our inspection standards using various metrology equipment.
