We can mill parts with dimensions up to 50” x 20” x 25” and have 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC plastic milling capabilities. Additional equipment and capabilities include rotary tables, pallets, and high-speed machining. We can also manufacture custom work-holding fixtures to meet the requirements of any order.
To ensure compliance and tolerances, we utilize metrology equipment to inspect every project and also provide finishing such as cryogenic and hand deburring.
